Attract More Prospects Through Facebook: Two Tips

Like a lot of people currently in network marketing, they may not have the big budget to advertise. However, a big budget isn’t needed. In the times we live in now, people don’t care of pretty advertisements. They care about substance, which means info worth of value.

A lot of people are on Facebook. I’m on Facebook as well and I use it for networking with other people involved in network marketing, business, marketing or leadership. You can find my profile by clicking here.  With many people using Facebook today, it’s a great site to build relationships for no money down at all.  What makes this site a good place to network is that there is a mature crowd of people involved in business. Also, since Facebook is against spamming and is quick to ban user’s accounts that do so, you’ll less likely to run into that problem.

If you use it right, you’ll have a list of prospects that’ll be looking at what you have to offer. In this post I’ll explain briefly to you two tips you can use to get started using Facebook now if you haven’t done so already, or what you can start doing if you’re using Facebook now.

First Tip: Create a fan page With a fan page, you can promote and position yourself as a leader and expert in your field. I recommend you create a fan page when you have a friend’s list of 1,000 or more. However, for example, if you know there’s a demand on what you have to offer, then create one sooner if you like. With a fan page you can easily update your fans of everything you do, from posting video or articles, to announcing special offers and promotions. The possibilities are endless.

Second Tip: Create a group Having your own group positions you as a leader as well, which is a huge plus. For in a group you’re looking to work together with people in sharing ideas and strategies. Fortunately, from what I’ve witnessed, a lot of groups have several people posting their primary opportunities. You have a chance to separate your group from others by offering value and staying engaged with group members. If you can help your group members out in any way, they’ll want your help always, and will eventually purchase what you have to offer.

I recommend that you promote both your fan page and your group in every place that you can, including email signatures, business cards, email newsletter, etc. Also, on the Fan Page you can promote what you have to offer occasionally as a reminder to your fans, but don’t do it often otherwise people will look at that, as all you’re trying to do is sell them something. In your group don’t try to promote what you have to offer at all. Groups are meant for helping one another out, not to promote your products or services. If group members want to know what you have to offer, they will ask.

What You Must do to Make Attraction Marketing Work and Build Your MLM Business: Part 3

For the people that have read my series of making attraction marketing work for you, you know already the reasons people make themselves miss out on million dollar opportunities from part 1, and the three tips to help you take action on making attraction marketing work on part 2. If you haven’t read them yet, I highly suggest you read part 1 and part 2 first before reading part 3 of this series.

Several people could be making tons of money, but since they don’t do the little things they should be doing, they’re missing out. Organizing their important information, following up with leads, blogging, sending event invitations, and giving value to people who do business with them are among some of the things people aren’t doing. But sometimes, in order to get someone to take action, they have to have the dream and vision that they can achieve it. For the few that dream of being a millionaire, they have the drive, and they focus on keeping that drive.

In order to take action on achieving success, kick your vision into high gear. Some people, including myself, are motivated off of where we’re going. You have to have faith to know that what you want is going to happen. 90% of what you do starts with the mind, so have that right mindset, and think big. You can’t have the attitude that you’ll never achieve success. If you speak it or think it, that’s what you’ll receive.

Now we aren’t always consistent in keeping the vision alive. We want things right now, and sometimes we treat network marketing like a get money quick opportunity. There are some days you’ll have doubt, or feel like giving up. I’ve had those days, but what keeps me going is that if I threw in the towel, then I have no choice but to go back to the corporate world to work under a boss. I never want to go back there, and I have too much vision of big things that I believe for, and many places I want to go. So that’s why I work hard knowing I will get what I believe in.

Now if you like to start making attraction marketing work for you, and build your MLM home based business, then it all starts with you. In this blog post I’ve highlighted three more things you should start doing in addition to the three tips I’ve providing in part 2. If you’ve doing these three things I’m about to explain, then good keep at it. For everyone else, here are the three things you can do:

Get three to five pictures of where you would like to be in the future- Photos can really tell you a lot. When you look at nice looking pictures, what comes in your mind mostly? To some, they think of them as nice places to be at someday. Find some pictures from magazines or online and print them out. They can be pictures of big piles of cash, your dream car, your dream home, a nice place you like to take a vacation at, etc. When you have those photos, make sure you post them on your wall, and never let them out of you sight. To get what you want, you have to see that you’re there already.

Write down goals based on time span- You need to have some goals in place. Without goals, you lose focus, and you forget what you’re working for. You should have six-month goals, one-year goals, five-year goals, and ten-year goals. The types of goals you have can range from how much money you like to be making monthly in a year, to the customized home that you’re looking to build and own. Write them down, and post those with your pictures on the wall. Never leave them out of sight.

Read books on being wealthy and leadership- No matter how busy your schedule is, you need to add reading to your schedule. That’s where you acquire new knowledge that you can apply to your current business. There’s something about reading that takes people out of a hectic schedule and into a more peaceful relaxed setting. A lot of people, including me, will tell you one of the best books to read would be “Think and Grow Rich” from Napoleon Hill. This book provides good information on what it’s like to think big, and accomplish the near impossible from having the vision and mindset. If you like a good book on leadership in network marketing, I recommend “Magnetic Sponsoring” from Mike Dillard.

There you go. You have three tips of getting yourself motivated to take action. If you’re taking action on achieving success already, then reading this will motivate you to take even more action to accomplish your dreams. Now get out there and dream big people.

Why You Need to Ensure Satisfaction from Your Consumers and MLM Down Line Members

Bottom line, once you make a sale in network marketing, you need to ensure your consumer is happy from their decision of buying from you. Once you sign up a new distributor under you in your down line, you need to ensure the new network marketer is happy from their decision of being under your team. If you own a small business, these same rules apply.

For let me tell you this, if you don’t ensure that customers and down line members are satisfied from doing business with you, you will not be in business very long. I can assure you that. You will be struggling to get a quick sale from everyone you come in contact with just to stay afloat. It’ll be like a container with holes in it that you’re trying to keep filled up but it quickly drains. You will fail before your business takes off guaranteed.

Most marketers and business owners strive to get a prospect to buy. Once they buy, they are done with them. Communicating with them is done. And when those same consumers try and call them for help on using the product, the phone goes to voicemail. Or the consumer doesn’t even get their product the time they were supposed to. They call, and same thing happens. Different scenario, a distributor signs up under someone else. They make an easy $150 off that sign up. When the down line member calls for help, no answer. And if there was an answer, an up line member will tell them to stick with pitching to the warm market, and doing the three-foot rule, then says goodbye and hangs up. Then when these people don’t have that many customers purchasing and down line members producing, and the expenses outweigh the income, they work harder to just find new people to sell their offerings to.

As a business owner or as a distributor, you need to be in constant contact with your consumers and/or with your down line. You need to answer their questions they have after they do business with you. You need to take initiative to call them to makes sure everything is ok. Lastly, you need to resolve any issues they’re having as a result of buying from you or being in your team. This will ensure these people stay with you, and you’ll get profits from existing purchasers. If you are not willing to take the time to keep consumers and down line members satisfied, leave the MLM industry and do not be a business owner period. Stick to an office job, and don’t apply for any type of customer service job either.

Let me give you one of my life experiences in this manner. Months ago I had a moment of dissatisfaction with a company who was not delivering my items I ordered from them. I kept calling them to ask for my refund (for they charged my card without ever shipping my package), and my calls weren’t being returned. When someone did get a hold of me they weren’t willing to try and help resolve the issue. Not going to name the company, but I will say this, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve witnessed ever in my life.

And companies have a voicemail message with part of it saying “Your call is very important to us.” If it were important they would call back. It took months to get my money back, and I got it back from a lady that worked with that company to create her MLM company’s marketing materials. She was dissatisfied with them, and she severed ties with them. This was a company with no structure for good customer service. This was a company with lack of communication. And this is something that may drive them out of business, for they lost my business forever, they lost that woman’s business forever, and they will lose other people’s business as well.

Remember bad word of mouth spreads a lot quicker that good word of mouth. For every person that is satisfied from your services and help, they will tell three people. For every person that’s dissatisfied from your lack help and services, they will tell 20+ people, and those people will tell others. And if they’re blogging about it and telling others on the Internet, best believe if you aren’t familiar with the meaning “viral,” you will for sure know about it then.

Let me give you an example of how the logistics company, Fed Ex, ensures customer satisfaction. Fed Ex pays $100 for every customer that’s upset and dissatisfied over his or her package shipments. No questions asked. Why is that? Because for example, if you keep a satisfied customer, and he’s paying $185 a week to ship packages out, $9,620 a year, $96,200 in ten years, and then he’s dissatisfied with one package, it’s better to pay that $100 and apologize for the situation rather than angry him more through remarks and lose the potential revenue off that one person alone.

Once network marketers and business owners realize that, they’ll look at providing customer/distributor satisfaction a lot differently. Since it’s untapped and rarely anyone worries about that, those who provide that first will come out on top.

How to Be Creative When Offering Value

Offering value is something most people don’t do. If you already made it in your mind to offer value, then you’re ahead of the game. But do you know how to be creative? Do you know what kind of value you plan to offer to every prospect that does business with you?

If you’re a network marketer or a small business owner, you should ask yourself, what can I provide to my customers as a bonus for them doing business with me? What one of my companies Heavenly Essence, Inc. does is give customers thank you cards. Something as simple as a thank you card is enough to make the customer feel appreciated for their time and money they spend on you. They’ll remember you for that, and it’s crucial so that you stand apart from everyone else.

Whatever your product or service is, offer something that will make the customer feel glad they did business with you. Take into account also that you could provide something that is of no cost to you that can make a consumer’s life better.

That no cost method is free information. Offer that in a chart, checklist, or a step-by-step procedure that’s easy to read and that offers good instructions that the consumer or downline member can use right away. One example, a marketing free lancer we know offered twenty snacks that were under 200 calories. This is perfect for people looking to lose weight and get in shape, but still need a snack here and there to get through the day.

Make a list of at least five things you can offer of value that is low cost. Offer one of them to each person that purchases and track to see which of those five things offers the most value, and stick with that item. Track them by following up with existing buyers and ask how they like that item you gave them extra.

What can you offer of value? How will your customers who buy from you remember you? How can you get them to keep coming back for more? Provide value, and see how you’ll stand apart from your competitors.

Read This Book on Being a Alpha Leader in Network Marketing

There are a lot of people in the network marketing business. Many of them are struggling in the industry because they don’t know about marketing. Even if some people in the industry do know about marketing, what are they marketing exactly?

If you’re reading messages from people on their MLM home based business, how their company is brand new and growing fast, how they have the best product that dominates the competition, and how their compensation plan is the greatest to hit the face of the earth, then they’re pitching their business opportunity, and that’s the wrong way to do it.

People who have their own MLM companies don’t care about your opportunity. They care about learning how to succeed and what value you can provide to them. Most people don’t know how to provide value. They don’t want to help others. They rather settle for a quick sale. By separating yourself from the several network marketers that struggle in the industry, you can come out on top. The only way to do so is learning to help others succeed and providing valuable information they enjoy.

If you like to learn more on how important it is to become a leader and provide value to every prospect you come in contact with, then you must read this book I read on Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard, who is a mogul in the MLM industry. What You Must do to Make Attraction Marketing Work and Build Your MLM Business: Part 2

I hope everyone had a chance to view my first blog post on what you need to do in order to make attraction marketing work in order to build your MLM home based business. If you haven’t yet, click here to read it. I recommend you read the first part, for I explain the two reasons why you’re not making the money you want to make. That way you will understand what I’m going to tell you to do on this post.

No matter what MLM company you’re a part of, I recommend you use attraction marketing. It is the most effective way for you to build your business, point blank. There’s many home based business ideas that you may find from people and websites, but they don’t come close to marketing yourself first.

You may learn some of the most breakthrough strategies and secrets. You might have bought the best products that contain step-by-step ways to make $500,000 in a year. Now how are you going to implement those strategies and secrets? Have you taken action? Or have you read the books and listened to the videos and left them sitting aside with no thought of getting into gear? Listed below are a few things you should do to stop sabotaging your income potential:

Put marketing first on your schedule- You may have several things to do every single day. They can be business or personal related. But what a lot of people do is put personal and miscellaneous tasks first, and either market rarely or not at all. How are you going to build your network marketing company if you’re not marketing at all? Everyday start marketing first (blogs, facebook, twitter, articles), then do other business tasks second, and personal stuff last.

Lift weights & Exercise- Now you’re probably wondering what does this have to do with building your business. Well it has a lot to do with building your business. If you don’t exercise, one of the main reasons is because your mind tells you to hold it off. You have to practice telling your mind “No I don’t want to procrastinate any longer. I will exercise!!” By getting yourself to take action this way, you will learn to take action for your business as well. Some of the things you hold off on that will help you to generate income you will start doing. Along the way, you’ll have more energy to do more work as a result from exercising.

Take a look at your MLM Company’s Compensation Plan- Almost every MLM company claims they have the best management team, the best products, and the best compensation plan to ever hit the face of mankind. Well that’s good for them. You’ve heard it before. You will make so much money in so little time. They make it sound so easy. In reality, it’s not. Most likely, you have some people in your downline, but you’re still not making much money are you? Take a look back at your compensation plan of your company, take a look at the commission percentages you get for every person you have under you. This will give you a good idea of how many more people you need in your team.

The last tip I gave you is important, so that it’ll motivate you to work harder and do what it takes to get those people you need to make the kind of money you want to make. These are few of the tips I have for you that you can use in order to take action. The next blog post I will have in this series will a couple more tips for you to use. What You Must do to Make Attraction Marketing Work and Build Your MLM Business: Part 1

I just recently read a good blog post from the Client Attraction Blog. It’s a great place to learn more on attracting clients. The Client Attraction founder, Fabienne Fredrickson, had struggles of her own on getting loyal clients. The same Attraction Marketing strategies and secrets she teaches can be applied to any of your MLM companies that you’re a part of.

This new article she wrote, which can be found by clicking here, talks about a couple of simple things that are keeping you from earning the potential income that you could be making. There’s a lot of income potential one can make from any MLM home based business. You can make millions in this industry. Many have done it already and some are looking to get there soon. I congratulate anyone that’s achieving much success in network marketing. But if you’re one of those people that’s still wondering why you’re stuck in a runt, you should be wondering what you’re doing wrong.

Just like what the Client Attraction blog mentions, the two things that are holding you back from making a six to seven figure income are:

  • Not making a decision
  • Not doing what it takes

These are the two things that people have a hard time doing. Let’s face it we all go through it. It’s easy to come up with ideas, dreams, goals and strategies. But let me ask everyone that’s reading this post. Who’s came up with ideas, dreams and goals and are currently pursuing them? What are you doing right now to accomplish them? Are you constantly looking at your list of dreams and goals to remind yourself what you’re working for while working to get there? Or is your list hiding under your other documents collecting dust?

If you’ve been sitting on your goals and dreams, don’t play the blame game on anyone else. Because remember, in order to get something you have never had, you have to do things you’ve never done. That also means you have to do things you don’t want to do. It’s mind over matter. Sometimes you don’t do what you’re supposed to be doing because your mind tells you to do it another time. Those warm leads you were supposed to be calling the other day you held off on that. The day you should had emailed your list a webinar invite you didn’t do it. Now it’s too late the webinar is full, and the valuable info your list could have gotten would have made them want to sign up under your business that same day. There’s always next time right? NOT ALWAYS!!

Utilizing Twitter Marketing for Your MLM Home Based Business

When using social networks, be sure to fully understand the features of the social network you’re using. Most importantly, make sure you check and see if your target market uses certain sites.

One of the main social networking sites you should use is Twitter. Twitter is the most popular social networking site today. A lot of network marketers are using it. If you want to explode your MLM business, you need to utilize this site’s viral marketing power.

Recently there was a new update for the site called “Retweet.” With just one click, a person can repost someone’s tweet message to their list of followers. That’s right, THEIR LIST! This is a simple, powerful and easy way to have your content go viral in a matter of seconds. What you need to post on Twitter are three things: information that’s enlightening, information that’s empowering, and information that’s valuable.

Let me give you an example. Recently our company Heavenly Essence, Inc. (www.heavenlyessence.net) found out a lot of people who’ve been following us were health conscious and are seeking green products. Also, other people who followed us were companies who supported natural products, and promoted free samples from their sites. So when we posted tweets offering free samples of our products, those companies reposted to their followers that we were offering samples. Guess what happened? We received so much traffic and so many sample requests in we had to shut down our server.  In just ONE DAY, over 8,000 people requested samples of our products, and so we received massive business as a result.

If you have a MLM company that has tangible products, offer free samples. If you can afford to give out samples, I recommend using twitter to get the word out about what you have to offer. For the people that follow you will repost your message of your free samples on their Twitter page. And if they have a massive amount of followers on their profile, what do you think will happen? You guessed it, potential business.

If you don’t have tangible products, or can’t afford to give out samples, I recommend you invest in content marketing. That means you should be blogging, creating videos, writing articles, creating podcasts, or creating content on Squidoo or Hubpages. Some of my blog posts get retweeted by other people, and with that viral effect, I get more followers within a matter of seconds. And if you keep tweeting valuable content, other members will encourage their followers to follow you. You can get an easy 100-200 extra followers on average from others recommending you.

This is a no cost way to implement Internet MLM marketing. Getting traffic is the first thing you should be focusing on in order to get your network marketing business off the ground.
