Who’s Bringing You The Most Profit for Your MLM Business?
When you operate a MLM home based business or any small business in general, most people work to satisfy everyone. A person’s time is important, but sadly they give most of it away to people that aren’t bringing them In any business. That’s why people in business now aren’t in corporate America, where some unlucky people spend time in their 9 to 5s talking to countless customers, doing unproductive work, and going to time-consuming meetings.
Like I’ve said in some of my last blog posts, you can be racking in tremendous profit but still be miserable. One of the reasons is because you don’t have the time to enjoy yourself. You make more time doing a lot of work than taking time to collect yourself. You’re in business to live a better life correct? Unfortunately you solve your money problems but now your time problems need major fixing.
Trust me, in business it happens often. MLM business owners have a lot they need to do daily. In this business since most people you talk to aren’t going to join your company nor purchase your products, you have tons of people you talk to daily correct? What if you have a large downline? And you get phone calls of questions from the same people all the time? Though profits is the primary thing of importance network marketers and business owners should look at, business people think every phone call they make, every email they read, and every prospect they talk to is most important. That’s far from the truth.
If you’re talking to people often who aren’t bringing you in any business, it’s time to shorten the time you waste on them. Unless you’re out to make friends, keep your interactions with friends to a minimum while you’re working on business building. When people start liking you they don’t mind spending time talking to you. If these are people in your downline that keep calling you to talk, you have to draw the line somewhere to tell them when it’s best for them to call.
Be sure to track the people in your downline that’s racking the most profits for your downline. Those are the people you need to keep in the radar, for they are helping you to make the most money possible. On the people who are struggling in your downline, you still should help them when needed, but don’t spend a lot of time trying to help them, especially if they aren’t listening to your suggestions. You can only do so much to help someone. Your business won’t grow if you keep trying to hold people’s hands for extended periods of time. Plus your time is wasted when you can be making time for yourself after a hard day’s work.
